The Loyalty Portal (production.tableup.com) has been decommissioned.
You can now manage TouchBistro Loyalty, Marketing, and Digital Gift Cards in TouchBistro Cloud. After logging into Cloud, look for the "Guest Engagement" section in the left navigation bar.
If you do not have a Cloud login, contact your Venue's Administrator and request an invitation. If you are logged in to Cloud but cannot see the "Guest Engagement" tab, please contact us to discuss necessary changes to your account.
